Room Rates
The rate quoted is per night and applies only to the number of guests stated in your confirmation letter.
Changes to your booking, such as the number of guests or the duration of your stay, may result in a rate adjustment.
Advance Purchase Rates
Advance purchase bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation & Modifications
Deposits for cancellations, shortened stays, or rescheduled reservations are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture as per our cancellation policy.
Room Requests
While we strive to accommodate all special requests, specific room numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed.
Damage Deposit
A €1,500 damage deposit may be required at check-in.
This will be charged to your credit card and refunded in full after a satisfactory inspection of your room and hotel facilities upon checkout.
Non-Smoking Policy
Salthill Hotel enforces a 100% non-smoking policy throughout the property.
Evidence of smoking in rooms will result in an automatic €500 cleaning fee to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card matching the reservation name must be presented at check-in. Without a valid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to decline your reservation.
Credit cards are required for incidental charges and food & beverage purchases.
While Visa Debit cards are accepted, a credit card with credit facilities is required to charge expenses to your room.
Payment Terms
Prepayment of the total booking amount may be charged on the day of arrival.
We graciously accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, and Revolut.
Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Important Information for Your Visit
Swim Hats: Required for pool use and available for purchase at €2.50.
Youth Policy: Guests under 16 are not permitted in Ocean Fitness after 7 PM (Saturday to Thursday) or after 8 PM on Fridays.
Gym Access: You must be 18 years old or older to use the gym facilities.
